The management team, under the guidance of its Chairperson & Marketing Manager, Mr. Howard Barends, will set goals and objectives pertaining to sales volumes, profit and growth of the business, determine resources required like land, buildings and excursion maintenance, capital goods and employees and where the funds will come from; and determine standards and performances for members and employees.
